Dan Hamiter, 79, has been charged with theft of property over $1500 but less than $20,000 in a magistrates hearing Saturday morning at Hopkins County Jail. A body of a 68-year old Sulphur Springs man was found floating in a swimming pool at his home located in the 100 block of Cedar Springs Boulevard Monday night.
