Former Teacher’s Appeal Dismissed by Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals
Last week, May 26, 2017, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed the appeal that had been made in the conviction and sentencing of former Cumby ISD Math Teacher Lucus Ray Hill.
