A Sulphur Springs Police Officer arrested a local man Tuesday who was named in two out of town warrants. Officer Seth McDaniel arrested 53-year old Ronnie Louis Somerville of Sulphur Springs just after 5 p.m. Tuesday. An 86-year old woman from Dike was killed in a two-vehicle accident in Hopkins County Saturday afternoon. The deceased has been identified as Lorene Foley.
