Main Street Reopened

The 200 block of Main Street in Sulphur Springs has been reopened. All of the façade of the old Knights’ Head Inn at 219 Main has been removed after it developed cracks and bulges last week. City Manager Marc Maxwell says now a new façade will be designed and put up. The sidewalk in front of the building will continue to be blocked off until the new façade work is done. Maxwell says he’s been very pleased with the façade grant program that will end September 30.
