The Sulphur Springs High School Wildcat UIL Academic Team competed at the Region 2 UIL academic championships this past Friday and Saturday, April 22-23. Sulphur Springs High School seniors have received more than $3.1 million in scholarships and financial awards, which were announced during Thursday afternoon’s Senior Awards Ceremony. The 27 SSHS 12th graders ranked in the top 10 percent of the graduating seniors were also all recognized as UIL scholars.
