Jury duty. That invitation to what some call a civic duty and others disdain as an inconvenience. Response to jury summons is on the decline across the state as well as locally. The last of the road reconstruction projects in downtown Sulphur Springs has been completed. Davis Street near new City Hall was reopened for traffic just before 2 p.m. Wednesday (July 2nd).
