City Managers Report 10/08/14

Sulphur Springs City Manager Marc Maxwell says the city now has three new tornado warning sirens that will insure coverage by sirens for the entire city limits. By the way, the sirens that sounded last week during a storm were not the new ones. They were older ones that sounded by accident due to a lightning caused power surge. Maxwell also says the city Wastewater Treatment Plant continues to struggle to get enough oxygen to microorganisms vital to the plant’s process.
