Sulphur Springs City Manager Marc Maxwell says the city now has three new tornado warning sirens that will insure coverage by sirens for the entire city limits. Maxwell also says the city Wastewater Treatment Plant continues to struggle to get enough oxygen to microorganisms vital to the plant’s process.
