Carter Blood Care is teaming up with our local Sulphur Springs Animal Shelter on the days of Saturday, July 9th and Saturday, July 16, 2016. Cody Vance of Sulphur Bluff High School FFA was awarded a $1,000 Built Ford Tough scholarship by the National FFA Organization.
