The Lady Bears started the first few minutes of the game down, then Ann Dorner hit two 3 pointers to get the team back in the game. Winnsboro Police made one arrest, responded to 145 calls for service, issued 35 citations and wrote 57 warnings during the November 13-19 report period. Kevin Sutton, 28, of Mt Pleasant, was arrested November 16th on a Hopkins County warrant. There were no accidents to report during the seven day period.
