SSISD Tax Office Closed November 19-23
With all Sulphur Springs Independent School District campuses closed November 19-23 for Thanksgiving Holidays, the SSISD Tax Office will also be closed. Sandra Gibby, SSISD Tax Assessor-Collector, said her office will be closed for the week and will reopen Monday, November 26, 2018.

Hopkins County Jail Passes Annual Standards Inspection
Hopkins County Judge Robert Newsom and Sheriff Lewis Tatum are pleased that the local jail passed state standards following an inspection Tuesday.
