A 24-year-old Sulphur Springs woman was jailed Sunday on a Titus County warrant alleging indecency with a child by sexual contact, according to arrest reports. North Hopkins ISD was well represented this week at the Texas Beta convention. The school had 27 Junior Beta members and 47 Senior Beta members competing.
