Jason William Helmholtz, 40, and Jacqueline Mary Helmholtz, 47, both of Missouri, were speeding down I-30 when a DPS Trooper clocked them at 82 mph in a 75 mph zone. At 11:51 a.m. Cumby Police Ray Embro noted an auto exiting a gas station parking lot and the driver not wearing a seatbelt. Embro initiated a traffic stop on Frisco Street.
