City Council Approves First Reading of Street Maintenance Fees, Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Expansion

When Mario Tremaine Small, 32, of Sulphur Springs, was stopped for failure to signal a turn in the proper distance, he advised the Sulphur Springs Police Officer that he had a glass methamphetamine pipe inside the vehicle.
