The Lady Cats softball team won both games of their double-header in Marshall versus Lufkin on Friday, Apr. 30 to win the best-of-three series to move on to the area round of playoffs. A May 1 fundraiser if planned to help rebuild the Sulphur Bluff Volunteer Fire Department Station and Cpmmunity Center. The facility was destroyed Thursday, April 1, by a fire.
