Winnsboro Police made one arrest, responded to 145 calls for service, issued 35 citations and wrote 57 warnings during the November 13-19 report period. Kevin Sutton, 28, of Mt Pleasant, was arrested November 16th on a Hopkins County warrant. There were no accidents to report during the seven day period.

A traffic stop in Fate, Texas led to the arrest of two individuals who confessed to committing a burglary on CR 3521 in Hopkins County in 2016.
