Hopkins County Deputy Found Man Smoking Meth

Darrin Ray Fairchild, 49, of Sulphur Springs was found smoking a substance in a glass pipe as a Hopkins County Deputy was looking for a wanted felon. Fairchild was arrested following a search of a residence on Georgia Street that produced drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
