A Hunt County Deputy notified Hopkins County that he observed a man and woman arguing inside a vehicle. April 21, 2017 – Hopkins County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Haverhill, Massachusetts man, Luis Rodriguez, 24, who is charged with shooting a woman to death in Lawrence, Massachusetts.
