When Brandon Wayne Pehl, 35, of Sulphur Springs, was stopped by a Sulphur Springs Police officer for a traffic offense, his defensive attitude and shaking hand let the officer to ask consent to search the vehicle. The result was 10-grams of methamphetamine in Pehl’s clothing, 18-grams of THC wax, a handgun, and a misdemeanor amount of marijuana.
