The Program was put on by Rich Dalbey and Jay Copeland with Copeland Insurance Group from Paris, Texas. Rich and Jay answered questions that the seniors had about Medicare, Medicaid, Insurance Supplements, Prescription Drug Plans and Advantage Plans.
