Reception Honors Superintendent Lamb
Monday afternoon in the Administration Building Board Room, Sulphur Springs ISD Board members, administrative staff, and others honored Superintendent Michael Lamb for five years of service to the local school district. The informal reception provided and opportunity to recognize the accomplishments of the district during the past five years. Lamb was presented his five year pin by School Board President Leesa Tolliver.
SSHS Band Drum Majors, Color Guard Named Following Try-Outs
At tryouts Thursday night, three drum majors and twelve color guard members for the Wildcats’ band were selected for next school year. New drum majors for next year are Riley Farley, a junior tenor sax player, Gillian Thomas, a junior percussionist and Brayden Fisher, a sophomore alto sax player.
