Two Local Men Arrested for Cattle Theft
Hopkins County Sheriff’s Investigator Dennis Findley and Texas State Cattle Raisers’ Special Ranger Toney Hurley arrested two local men for the theft of 12 head of cattle and selling them in Oklahoma. Brashear Man Arrested For Failure to Register as Sex Offender
October 13, 2017 – During an interview with Hopkins County Chief Investigator Charles Humphries, Garrett Matthew Bursby, 22, of Brashear admitted to failure to register as a sex offender. Bursby is charged with Sex Offenders Duty to Register 10 years State Jail Felony and is being held on a $25,000 bond. He is also wanted on a warrant in Bexar County for failure to register.
