When the Sulphur Springs Police officer attempted to make a traffic stop at Craig and Booker Streets early Sunday morning, Brandy Jamaal Gaines, 35, of Sulphur Springs slowed to come to a stop before fleeing the officer’s pursuit. Two individuals fighting in the middle of State Highway 19 North drew the response of a Hopkins County Deputy. There he found Ronald Dominic Hayes, 40, of Kansas City, MO.
