February 28, 2020 – Three people were jailed Thursday on warrants alleging sex offenses involving children, according to arrest reports. Ken Franklin Cabler Sulphur Springs Police Officer Silas Whaley and Sgt. Brandon Mayes were alerted Ken Franklin Cabler, a wanted man, was at the station.
