Probation Revoked for Mowrer; Sentenced to TDCJ

Probation for Jeffrey Edward Mowrer, 26, was revoked Tuesday morning in Eighth Judicial District Court. Mower has been sentenced to five years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and will serve at least half the sentence before being eligible for parole due to aggravated parole rules, according to Clay Harrison, Assistant District Attorney.
