Ginger is a sweet, female that has been with the Sulphur Springs Animal Shelter since August 22nd, 2016. She was picked up at Douglas Intermediate School and an owner never claimed her. County Judge Robert Newsom read the National 4-H Week Proclamation on the steps of the Hopkins County Courthouse on Monday afternoon.
