Find out who wins this year’s Cattleman’s Classic Ribeye Roundup Cookoff by being there on “Hopkins County Beef Day”, Friday October 7 at 6pm on Celebration Plaza in Sulphur Springs. You’ll also want to enjoy a ribeye steak meal for yourself, too! Tickets are $25 person at the event, sponsored annually by NETBIO. There will also be local entertainment onstage at 3:30pm and 5pm, and the concert with headliner Jake Hooker and the Outsiders at 8pm.
