ZbotTeam 6834Z set a world record for winning by the widest margin in the vex robotics competition in Bonham last Saturday. Both teams worked together to win 1st place in the tournament and 1st place in the skills competition.

The Quilting Guild put on a quilting workshop Saturday January 21st, 2017. With a few exceptions everyone was working on the same basic quilt pattern. Bright Star Trumpeter Performs in Four-States Honor Band
Parker Tillery, son of Michael and Amanda Tillery, lead trumpeter for the Bright Star Christian School Band was awarded a position in the Four States Honor Concert Band. The performance was held on January 14th, 2017 at the Performance Arts Center in Texarkana, TX.
