Disturbance Leads to Arrest on Warrant

When responding to a disturbance on McBride Street, law enforcement identified all subjects involved. Records checks showed Justin Dewayne Humphries, 23, of Sulphur Springs wanted for Violation of Parole Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 more than 1-gram but less than 4-grams.
