The Lady Cats’ volleyball team won all three games they played Friday to win their pool in a Wills Point tournament. According to Sulphur Springs City Staff, South Locust Street is now (Friday, August 18, 2017) open for  traffic. Water, sewer, and gas lines were replaced and the street is now concrete. Work on Locust Street began prior to the first of the year and moved from north to south. This should complete the major rework there.
