An investigation of a burglary of a habitation on County Road 3509 led officers to make contact with a nearby neighbor. When the juvenile passenger of a 2017 Dodge Ram struck a bicyclist with his hand as the vehicle passed near the corner of Gilmer Street and Whitworth Street, a DPS trooper who viewed the incident made a traffic stop.
