An investigation of a burglary of a habitation on County Road 3509 led officers to make contact with a nearby neighbor. Exterior photos showed Billy Frank Harville, 41, entering through the back door of the habitation. Photographs also captured Harville inside the residence.
Harville admitted to entering the residence and removing several food items without consent. Harville is in Hopkins County Jail charged with Burglary of a Habitation, a Felony 2, and is being held on a $15,000 bond.
