Shooter Who Allegedly Shot 2 Teens Still Sought By Police

Sulphur Springs Police are still seeking the person responsible for shooting two teens on Fuller Street early Sunday morning.

Sulphur Springs Police responded in the 300 block of Fuller Street shortly after 1 a.m. June 14. Two teens had reportedly sustained gunshot wounds. They were transported to the hospital. Police reported they pair remained in the hospital Monday in stable condition, following treatment of their injuries which were reported Sunday to appear non life-threatening, according to police detectives.

No additional details about the shootings had been released as of Monday morning. Sulphur Springs Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the person responsible for the firing the weapon which resulted in injury to the teens.

Anyone with information is ask to call Detective Jason Reneau at Sulphur Springs Police Department at 903-885-7602 or call Crime Stoppers at 903-885-2020 to remain anonymous. Crime Stoppers will pay a reward for information that leads to an arrest of the person responsible for this crime, according to police.
