WarnerMr. Robert L. Warner, age 85 of Winnsboro, passed away on Monday, January 4th, 2016 in Winnsboro. He was born on June 24th, 1930 in Captina, West Virginia to the late Robert Warner and Mildred Abbott Warner. Bob served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, he continued serving his country after the Air Force and retired after many years from civil service at Williams Air Force Base in Mesa, AZ. He was a devoted member of Pine Street Baptist Church in Winnsboro. He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Joyce E. Saunders. He is survived by his loving wife, Carol Warner of Winnsboro; son, Larry Warner and wife Theresa of Manteo, NC.; step-sons, Will Chipley and wife Lenea of Ft. Worth, Jonathan Cody Wade of Phoenix, AZ.; step-daughter, Angie Perkins and husband Mike of Colombia, MO.; brothers, Donnie Warner and wife Della of Red House, WV., Jerry Warner and wife Josie of Red House, WV., Ed Warner and wife Sue of Raleigh, NC.; and eight grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 9th, 2016 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Pine Street Baptist Church 611 W. Pine St. Winnsboro, TX 75494. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 9th, 2016 at Pine Street Baptist Church 611 W. Pine St. Winnsboro, TX 75494 at 2:00 pm, Bro. Charles Ethridge conducting, interment will follow at Bethel Cemetery in Scroggins, with Deacons of Pine Street Baptist Church serving as pallbearers.
