A funeral service of Christian burial for Moises Galvan, age 35 of Dike, will be conducted at 12:00 noon, Saturday, January 9, 2016 at St. James Catholic Church with Father Juan Carlos Sardinas officiating. Interment will follow at Richland Cemetery with Gabriel Galvan, Mike Galvan, Joel Reyes, Jose Martinez, Sam Barcenas, Calletano Jr. Hernandez, Andrew Morales and Eduardo Castaneda serving as pallbearers. A visitation will be from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m., with Rosary beginning at 6:00 p.m., on Friday, January 8, 2016 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Moises passed away on January 6, 2016. He was born on August 30, 1980 in Pittsburg, TX, the son of Jose Juan Galvan and Emilia Hernandez Galvan. Moises owned and operated MG Window Tint in Sulphur Springs. He was a devoted Cowboy fan and loved tuning cars.
He is survived by two daughters, Jaslyn Christine Galvan and Kynlee Graciela Galvan both of Sulphur Springs, his parents, brothers, Gabriel Galvan and Mike Galvan both of Sulphur Springs, sisters, Maria Mejia and husband Rogelio of Sulphur Springs, Laura Galvan of Dike, Veronica Castaneda and husband Eduardo of Mt. Pleasant, and Brenda Galvan of Dike.
Arrangements are under the direction of West Oaks Funeral Home.
