TxDOT to Begins Upgrade on Two State Highways in Sulphur Springs

PARIS – Texas Department of Transportation officials today announced that mill and inlay work to upgrade portions of two state highways in Sulphur Springs, Texas, is slated to begin the week of Feb. 18. Contractor RK Hall, Paris, Texas, was granted 107 working days, weather permitting, to complete this project valued at more than $5.2 million.
