Former Wildcat soccer player and former Wildcat assistant soccer coach Colby Peak has been selected as the new head soccer coach at McKinney Boyd. Coach Peak has been at Mesquite Poteet since 2011 after leaving Sulphur Springs. A Peak coached Mesquite Poteet team downed the Wildcats in a fourth round playoff match in 2013.
