Saltillo Boys XC Wins State Championship
Coach Bill Giles and his squad had themselves a day at the 1A state meet. The boys varsity cross country team won the 1A State Championship. Four seniors led the way for the Lions. First up came Gunner Tarver, finishing fourth at 17:28. The second senior, and second to finish for Saltillo, Coy Collins, came 15 seconds after Tarver and placed 12th at the state meet.
