Cumby Robotics Win Again!
According to Lee Gifford, spokesperson for Cumby ISD, the robotics teams competed at Berkner High School in Richardson on Feb. 11th and were tournament champions and also won the excellence award. They will compete at the regional/state competition Feb. 25th in Greenville.

Cumby ISD to Close Friday, Monday Due to Illness
Cumby Schools will dismiss classes Friday, February 17, and Monday, February 20 due to illness. This is the second time Cumby has dismissed classes due to illness. Campbell and Sulphur Bluff school districts have missed days due to flu and related illnesses in recent weeks. Cumby students will return to class Tuesday, February 21.
PJC Licensed Vocational Nursing Program Ranked 13th
Paris Junior College’s Licensed Vocational Nursing program has been ranked 13 out of the Top 30 by PracticalNursing.org. The company assessed 77 LVN programs in Texas before choosing the final 30.
