UPRA Spring Rodeo April 21, 22 at Civic Center
According to Oscar Aguilar,the Hopkins County Rodeo Committee will present the Spring UPRA Membership Rodeo on Friday April 21 and Saturday April 22 in two 7:30 pm performances. Following Saturday’s rodeo, Monty Tipps and Main Street will perform for a Rodeo Dance. Both rodeo performances will feature nine major events plus children, youth and celebrity events. Kiwanis Club Pancake Breakfast This Saturday
The Kiwanis Club Pancake Breakfast is set for this Saturday, February 18th, 2017. The event will be held in the Sulphur Springs Civic Center from 7 AM to 2 PM. Tickets will be $7 and children under 6 eat free. There will be all you can eat pancakes, sausage, bacon, and drinks. The funds raised at this event will be used for scholarships for Hopkins County students and local children charities.

A free lunch and food pantry will open February 11th, 2017 at the Church of Christ at 154 MLK Jr Dr. in Sulphur Springs, Texas. The food pantry is scheduled to open the 2nd Saturday of each month from 11 AM to 1 PM.
