The Wildcats’ golf team is playing in their second fall tournament on this Monday (October 29) game day. The Wildcats are playing on a new course, at Tempest Golf Club in Gladewater in a tournament sponsored by Longview Pine Tree. Weekend early voting for the November 6th mid-term election netted an additional 417 votes. Saturday, 265 voted. Sunday, 152 voted. Flag Lowered to Half-Staff in Respect for Lives Lost at Pennsylvania Synagogue
As a mark of solemn respect for the victims of the act of violence perpetrated at The Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Saturday, October 27th, all flags are to fly at half-staff by order of the President. Man Arrested For Failure to Stop and Render Aid
Armando Resendiz Hernandez, 33, of Sulphur Springs, fled the scene of a major accident with serious injuries at the corner of Jackson and Fuller Streets.
