Lady Cats Volleyball Coach Justin Maness said his team was looking pretty good early. PARIS – Texas Department of Transportation officials today announced that work will begin Aug. 30 on a project to replace the North Sulphur River Relief Bridge along State Highway 19/24 in Delta County.
