County Inmates Assist Cemetery
When the Greenview Cemetery Board considered the cost of a new fence as a deterrent to wild hogs, they determined to fix the old fence due to the expense. Hopkins County Jail inmates also came to their aid. PARIS – Texas Department of Transportation officials today advised travelers on I-30 that both rest areas near Mt. Vernon, Texas, in Franklin County will be closed beginning Aug. 8.
