Rotary Club of Sulphur Springs is now over one hundred (100) years old. In 1925 a group of men, who were the movers and shakers in Sulphur Springs organized the Rotary Club. For 101 years these men and women, and those added as the years advanced, practiced “Service Above Self” to benefit children, youth and those in need in the community.
The Christmas parties with lunch, Santa and a gift gathered the youngest students at the school district for a fun-filled event every year for many years! From scholarships and financial gifts to local charities, the Rotary Club gives and gives.
The 13th Annual “Claws for a Cause” was held on April 25, 2026, featuring a Louisiana style crawfish oil. This yearly fund raiser, a culinary delight of the South filled with great food and fun, provides money for college scholarships and other philanthropic projects of the club.
The Dinner Bell has been blessed yearly since 2015 with the Rotarians grilling hamburgers for the star item on the menu on the last Wednesday of May. For their “Service Above Self” the Dinner Bell is extremely grateful.
