January 20, 2026 – Researching in the United States prior to 1850 presents unique challenges. Records contain less information, are seldom indexed, and can be difficult to find, In this class, we will introduce strategies for identifying relationships prior to 1850 and demonstrate advanced research skills, record analysis, and evidence correlation.
Our first “Fourth Wednesday Lunch & Learn” of 2026 is scheduled for Wednesday, January 28, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at 611 North Davis St., Sulphur Springs, Tx. Bring your sack lunch, salad, or drive-through meal, and join us for a video presentation of “Beyond the Brick Wall: Strategies for Pre-1850 U. S. Research.”
