Graveside funeral services for Brenda Elaine Wyatt age, 74 of Yantis, will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the Yantis Cemetery with Trey Norris and Shannon Davis officiating. No formal visitation is scheduled.
Mrs. Wyatt passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at her residence in Yantis.
She was born on January 5, 1952, in Dallas County, the daughter of Ocie Dee Giles and Vera Mae Kincaid.
Mrs. Wyatt was a homemaker and a Food service manager for the Mesquite ISD. She was an avid Gospel Singer and enjoyed watching John Wayne movies and Westerns. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her two daughters; Tina Davis and husband Shannon of Winnsboro, Tonya Norris and husband Trey of Yantis; one brother Randy Giles of Mesquite and a sister Kim Pugh of Gladewater. Four grandchildren Taelor Smith and Luke, Trenton Norris and Ima, Taryn Davis and Shanda Davis. Two great-grandchildren, Maurice Norris and Toree Kate Smith and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and six sisters: Jean Parker, Anna Langford, Louise Mixon, Debbie Johnson, Jackie Mullican and Mary Dories.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Yantis Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund.
