Nola Frances Miller

Nola Frances Miller, 88, of Pickton, Texas passed away Thursday, July 8, 2021, in Sulphur Springs, Texas. She was born on August 22, 1932, in Cuthand, Texas, to the late Joseph Thomas Gallender and Lillie Calidonia Jones. She married Raymond Miller on December 27, 1947.  Nola was a member of the Pickton Methodist Church and enjoyed sewing, cooking, and reading. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Miller; three brothers, Leonard Gallender, Lester Gallender, Jessie Gallender; three sisters, Vera Faulkner, Willie Miller, and Talitha Brumley; and great grandson, Camden Highfield.  

Survivors include her son, Michael Miller and wife Tammy of Sulphur Springs, Texas; daughter, Lenise Boseman of Pickton, Texas; grandchildren, Layla Highfield of Pickton, Matt Miller and wife Anna of Sulphur Springs, Texas, Cody Miller of Sulphur Springs, Texas, and Cole Boseman and wife Elyssa of Pickton, Texas; great-grandchildren, Hadley Highfield, Huxton Highfield, Brantley Boseman, and Beau Boseman; brother-in-law, Delbert Miller of Tyler, Texas; and sister-in-law, Betty Mehaffie of DeSoto, Texas;

Visitation is scheduled from 10-11 a.m. on Monday, July 12, 2021, at Beaty Funeral Home, Winnsboro, Texas. A funeral service is scheduled to follow visitation at 11 a.m. at the funeral Home with Bro. Mack McClain and Bro. Henry Suche officiating.  Pallbearers will be Matt Miller, Cody Miller, Cole Boseman, Bobby Mays, Tommy Mays and Dick Miller.  Interment will follow funeral service at Winterfield Cemetery, Pickton, Texas.

Family has requested in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Pickton Methodist Church or Winterfield Cemetery Association in her honor.
