Graveside services for Paul Arthur Stieber Jr., age 53, of Winnsboro, will be held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, July 24, 2020 at Reilly Springs Cemetery with Josh Stieber, Kenneth Stieber, Darian Chaney, Dale Smith, Jeff Wells, Camden Stieber, Ed Robinson, Will Watson, Timmy Vance, and Preston Braden serving as honorary pallbearers. There will be no formal visitation.
Paul passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2020. He was born on April 20, 1967 in Norwalk, Ohio, the son of Paul Arthur Stieber and Shirley Ann Flook Stieber. He married Sarah Elizabeth Gipson on June 13, 2019 in Hopkins County. He worked for Gulfstream Aviation making cabinetry for many years, then owned PDQ Construction Services building fences and decks, and later worked as a blender for Saputo Food Services Mfg. He had a passion for working on Barefoot Family Farm where he owned registered Beefmasters. He loved fishing and was an avid Cowboys fan.
He is survived by wife, Sarah Stieber of Winnsboro, parents, Paul Sr and Shirley Stieber of Sulphur Springs, son, Joshua Paul Stieber and wife Constance of Sulphur Springs, daughter, Chanie Gale Stieber of Sulphur Springs, step-daughters, Julia Courtney, Allison Courtney, Avery Courtney all of Winnsboro, brother, Kenneth Stieber and wife Kimberly of Sulphur Springs, sisters, Margie Braden of Dallas, Amy Singh and husband Anuj of Mesquite, Rebecca Robinson and husband Ed of Sulphur Springs, Penny Stieber and Greg Sheridan of Richardson, grandchildren, Camden Stieber, Kaylan Stieber, Paja Stieber, Landrie Stieber, his dog and faithful companion, Rusty, and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
