Graveside service for Mildred Aaron Finney Hansford, age 87, of Cumby, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 23, 2020 at Cumby Cemetery with David Gibson officiating. There is no formal visitation. Mrs. Hansford passed away Thursday, May 21, 2020 at Sunny Springs Health and Rehab.
Mildred Aaron Finney Hansford was born March 12, 1933 in Birthright, TX to James “Jack” Jackson and Irene (Proctor) Jackson. She married Beauford George Hansford in Dallas, TX on July 16, 1953. She was a homemaker and of the Church of Christ faith.
Mrs. Hansford is survived by her sons, Rodger Hansford of Oregon, Kim Hansford of Cumby, Kerry Hansford of Brady, Kurt Hansford of Cumby; grandchildren, Joshua Hansford, Jarrod Hansford, Timothy Hansford, Christina Bucarey, Ashley Fischer, Clay Hansford; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Butler; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and great-grandson, Maddyx Fischer.
