Mamie Lou Miller Green

Funeral services for Mamie Lou Miller Green, age 76, of Kemp, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 22, 2020 at West Oaks Funeral Home with Pastor Josh Hebert officiating and Karl Wilson assisting. Interment will follow at South Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m., prior to service.

Mamie passed away on Monday, May 18, 2020 at her residence. She was born on June 28, 1943 in Pittsburg, TX, the daughter of Wesley Earl Miller Sr. and Velma Lou Vaughn Miller.

She married Melvin C. Green on November 21, 1959 in Winnsboro, TX. He preceded her in death in 2017. She is survived by sons, Melvin Wayne Green and wife Teresa, Marty Clay Green and wife Rebecca, daughter, Carolyn Denise Ater and husband Wayne, brother, Wesley Earl Miller Jr., sister, Amy Fay Brady, grandchildren, Melissa Jenkins, Teri Barnes, Ashley Green, Makayla Green, Mitchell Green, and great-grandchildren, Aiden and Brooke Barnes. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Charlie Ray Miller.
