SSISD Powerlifter Sable Erdmier placed 1st in a recent Commerce, TX meet. At publishing time, Sable was ranked #2 in the 165# weight class in Region 3, Division 1.
At the meet:
- Sable now has a total of 824 points.
- 330# squat
- 135# bench
- 360# deadlift.
Powerlifting Regionals will be March 5th, 2020 at Pine Tree ISD.
